Faiths in Action is a £4m grants programme open from 1 August 2008 to faith, inter faith, voluntary and community organisations and groups in England.

Administered by the Community Development Foundation (CDF) on behalf of Communities and Local Government (CLG), Faiths in Action aims to bring communities together, promoting positive relationships and collaborative social action between people of different religions and beliefs.

Faith in the future

At the beginning of June, OFFER heard that it has managed to secure resources to support the work of Sheffield Faiths Forum for the next 3 years (to 31 March 2011).
Funding has been agreed through the Change Up Improving Reach Fund, administered by Capacitybuilders. Over the course of the next 3 years, the Faiths Forum has agreed to work with key partners in the City to support:
